Physical Therapy Initial Consultation:

$285 (~70 min)

Physical Therapy Follow up Consultation:

$225 (~50-60 min)

Virtual Physical Therapy Initial Consultation and Follow up Consultations available upon request.

The fees above do not dictate the exact time of each visit. The duration of the visit will be determined by the physical therapist and is based on the assessment and needs of the patient during said visit. The fee for the service is the same regardless of how many minutes within the time range are used.

Castine Concierge Physical Therapy cannot guarantee a specific amount of reimbursement per insurance plan. Details on reimbursement and contributions towards out of pocket max and or deductible will have to be handled independently of Castine Concierge Physical Therapy, PLLC.
